Privacy Notice

ALAGA respects your privacy and follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

Pet owners: name, email and/or mobile number, the types of animals you care for, and your city or area (optional).
Shops & partners: business name, category, city or area, contact person, mobile number, and any Facebook page, website, or message you share.

Why we collect it

Only to let you know when ALAGA launches, to follow up on your interest as a Founding Partner, and to understand which communities and areas to serve first. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated advertising.

Who can see it

Only the ALAGA team. Your details are stored securely with a trusted cloud service provider, and are not sold or shared with other third parties.

How long we keep it

Until ALAGA launches and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your details, or stop receiving messages from us, at any time. Just reply to any message we send you and we'll act on it promptly.
